3. Tilt the helmet forward so that the forehead of the head is put into the helmet first, and then pull down so that the helmet is completely put in.
4. After wearing the helmet, shake the helmet back and forth, left and right, so that the head is comfortable to wear, and then adjust the wearing position to the appropriate position, then insert the buckle, and the connection is firm. Then pull down the mask lens so that the waterproof rubber strip of the mask fits closely with the forehead of the housing.
5. When you want to take off the helmet, untie the helmet; that is, press and hold the buckle on the helmet with your fingers and pull it open to expand the opening of the helmet, and then take it off from front to back.
